I have booked the ticket on nampally railway counter on 08.04.2017 through debit card. Train no 12738, date of journey 20.04.2017, pnr no [protected].
I have cancelled ticket on 20.04.2017. But still money not credited in my account. I have logged the call to 139, they told that go to counter & ask them, but railway people are not responding. Please do needful.
Card no is [protected].
Please resolve my issue.

Sir, My bike No UP 72 X 0586 & PRR No [protected] dt 08 Apr 17 booked from Allahabad Jn ( Ald) to New Jalpaiguri (NJP) not recieved till date. You are requested to pl find my bike & inform that my mob No [protected].
