Dear Sir/Madam,
I had visited the Bangalore City railway station on the 28th May 2017 to drop my parents for Shatabdi express to Chennai. The train was at 6am and I had reached there by 5:40am.
There is a seperate counter written as platform tickets only. To my surprise, there was no body in the counter with about a dozen people waiting in queue. All the automatic ticket vending machines were not working. If you touch the screen nothing was moving on the screen. I waited for 10min and no one turned up. By then it was 5:50 am.
I had to send my parents alone carrying luggage at the age of 75+ because railway authorities carelessness and poor service to public.
Please take necessary action to correct this and let me know where i can raise my voice to reach the right people.
