Indian Railways — poor time management of trains.

April 24 ihave started journey on cbe - ltt express (11014) from salem junction, it came by 12.05 pm instead of 11.20 am.
The train is continuously running late at reaching the ltt station by 18.00 pm instead of 14.30 pm. The same train is continuously running late on april 23, 24, 25&26 even train driver not interested to cover the time delay while running. Due to this delay i am not able to catch the connecting train in bandra terminus bhuj express. My ticket money also not able to get refund.
If railway management is not able to run the train in right time means chang the timing as per your comfort.
Don't repeat regular it give lot of trouble to many passengers.
