Indian Railways — Rectify cancelled tickets

My pnr no. Is [protected] and transaction id is [protected] and date of journey is[protected]. I have booked a ticket from vijayawada city to nizamabad train no.17405 (3 ac) but the ticket got cancelled by mistake during our process of checking status. The journey is very important to us due to some family problems. Kindly return us our tickets so that we can travel against the same booking and do not suffer the financial loss for such unwanted mistake. Please look into the matter seriously.

I had booked a ticket on the kochuveli to Hyderabad train. My pnr number is [protected]. I had missed my train and when applied for cancellation they denied me my refund. Please take into consideration the fact that while booking the time shown for departure was 8:45 pm and not 8:15 pm. Please allow us our refund. Thank you.
