Indian Railways — Refund not made yet for covid automatic cancelled tickets

Respected Sir,
I had booked some tickets for movement of barat party of my son to and fro from Udhampur to Haridwar and Rishikesh/Haridwar to Udhampur on 28th June and 30th June 2020 respectively .Due to covid 19 all the trains upto 30thJune were cancelled by Indian Railway and 100% refund was ordered.The refund of 4 tickets having PNR No[protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected] amounting toRs.5700/-, 5335/-, 5700/- and Rs.4880/- respectively total amounting to Rs.21615/- has not been refunded till now.It is as such requested to kindly look in to the matter and kindly arrange for refund as ordered by gov't .
