Indian Railways — Refund not received for jan 17

Address:Chandigarh, Punjab, 160101

I had booked online ticket for 26/1/17 from katra to ambala but out of 06 only 01 tikcet confirmed and rest cancelled. I did not get any refund after waiting for 02 days i filled tdr and i got a response today that it is rejected. Pnr number [protected].
I need a refund of the ticket on urgent basis
As per rules on online ticket it should be refund automaticlly but i did not receive the refund.
