I have been trying to get refund against pnr : [protected]/ [protected] (Difference in class of travel) and against pnr no.[protected] (Being tic cancelled n passenger not traveled)
It has been over 4 months for both the journey and i have wrtten atleast 20 mails to '[protected]@irctc.co.in', [protected]@irctc.co.in, [protected]@nwr. Railnet.gov.in, and to [protected]@irctc.co.in
I have even given proof of non travel for pnr no.[protected] but i dont understand why the refund is not been processed so far.
Can somebody look into this and provide refunds as soon as possible. Both the cases are simple. Dont know why its taking so long. Was this information helpful? |
