I Booked a reservation ticket on 12/04/17 by ATM Electronic funds, and I Cancelled on 15/05/17 PNR No.[protected] . After cancellation the ticket till today DT .22/12/17 Department can not transfer my remaining amount to my bank account. I send two email to pgportal.gov.in on 8/6/17 and17/06/17. Pl Help me.
