Indian Railways — refund of the tkt of a cancelled train

I had a bulk booking in uchahar express (Train no-14217) dated (25/02/2017) the train was cancelled. L had submitted all the details
And as the amount was more then 10, 000 the money was to be credited in the accounts but it has been 6months and the amount has not been credited. I can send u the details
