Indian Railways — Refund on cancelled ticket

I'm kumar i booked for the journey from chennai central to bangalore city on 16/mar/2017 for four members but only one has conformed rest of them are still waiting list so, i asked to the t. T. R he said the amount will refund with in few days and you should buy the another ticket for now journey. Then, since now the amount will not refund to my account.
So, please refund the amount that rest of three members each as rs.260 and total amount of rs.780
