When visiting india in feb., 2017 i booked ticket at international tourist bureau new delhi railway station on 21.2.17 for jayanagar (Bihar) to go to janakpur on 23.2.17. As international tourist vide pn[protected] and number 83734594 on lhs of ticket. I made the payment of inr 2115 by
Debit card
As the train departure became late for more than 10 hours (This i came to learn after reaching on plaform only). So i cancelled the ticket at international tourist bureau new delhi railway station on 23.2.17 at 22.30 hours. Refund was made to my debit card at the same time.
As no payment came into my account even after 8 days, i revisited international tourist bureau on 3.3.17 who directed me to assistant commercial manager located at the station complex. I complained and submitted the same to him.
I could not follow up further and returned to uk. Even today i have not received the payment into account.
