Indian Railways — Reg UPI payment

Dear sir,

I had made a payment through UPI at lakadikapul railway ticket counter a amount of 5300rs. But railway ticket counter staff said it was not received to them . They had confirmed it will refunded with in 2days. But it has not refunded.
