I had confirmed ticket from LTT to Ratnagiri, but the ticket numbers assigned to me are not there in the boogie assigned to me. This is some serious mistake by indian railways and strict action should be against those who are responsible for this mess. Seats are only till 60 but bookings are done till 90. Many peoples are suffering because of mistakes done by indian railway officers. Below are my seat details Mandar petkar D/18 - 90, Kedar petkar D/18 - 89. Train Number : 01045. Incident Date Time : 29/04/2017 05:48:00 PNR No. : [protected] For my above complaint raised on 29-April-2017, I received an unacceptable reply stating "Sir, The aforementioned train 01045 consists of General(GS) and Chair car(CZ) coaches, GS has 90 seats and CZ has 108 seats." I think the officer which have given this reply has not studied this issue properly. So request again to look into this and take strict action against whoever is responsible for this Was this information helpful? | |||
