Good morning sir. As i have booked the tickets from bangalore to tirupati today 11th october, during travel the ticket collector has illegally fined us on charge of no valid original id proof, though we showed digitally uploaded documents on digital locker which is enforced from july 5th 2018, and also behaved rudely and didn't accept the documents pointing that digital documents are not accepted. So kindly take into consideration very seriously.
