Indian Railways — regarding online payment of premium

I have applied for online payment of pli (Aea plan) premium and i have given my email id & registered mobile no. For this purpose. After that i got a message from site that they will send a link within 24 hours and i have to confirm the login by clicking that link but i didn't received such link in my email id till now.
So please tell me what i have to do for online payment of my premium?
