Indian Railways — regarding platform ticket excess penalty

I would like toø¢ highlight some un-acceptable behavoiur that iø¢ faced atø¢ kota city junction railway station on 24/12/17 morning 07 :30 am..
My elder brothers wife is resides in jaipur.ø¢ she was going to jaipur from kota (Jabalpur express) and she had a operation because of that me went to drop her.
When i reached the station, i got that from 24/12/17 they have stopped giving the platform ticket.
Me went into the station to drop her to the train.ø¢ on my way back there was a person standing at the exit and asked me for the ticket.ø¢ & then he asked me for the fine to no platform ticket, first he asked me rs.450 then i refused him to pay then he took us to the some manager and then again. After that i toid him that i wanted to meet station master for the same, then i will pay, after that he started telling me that we have to go to court for the same if we are not paying the money. I had paid the money because i was with my wife. After taking the receipt i asked him why have u given me the excess fare receipt.
He had not showed me a rule book where as per rule. We have to pay fare from previous station + excess fare so we had paid 200+250 = rs.450
When i insisted i need a fine receipt, he told me that this is the only receipt that we have.
I had no choice but to take the excess fare receipt and come out quietly & he was behaving with us like we have done a big crime.
This is a shameful incident and casts a very poor image of the railway ministry, paying any fine is not a problem but paying money for excess fare is a totally fraud.
I kindly request indian railway to check the amount i had paid & also check that i case of no platform ticket why c t t i squads had gave me the excess fare receipt.
[Dec 26, 2017] Indian Railways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
