Indian Railways — Regarding the fine money

Sir,
Most respect fully i beg to say that i have no platform ticket due to lake of time. The tc boy take me to room and fined me 295 rs . Then i say him that fine is 260 ...he refuses me and fear me that i make a case send to you in jail ...then i fined 295 ...i want to say that. ..his behaviour isnot good. ...all person are not same ...so plz...1 thing more मेने उससे उसका नाम पूछा तो बोला नहीं बता रहा उखाड़े जो उखाड़ लेना और जा यहाँ से
