Indian Railways — Request for refund of double UPI transactions

Sir,

I visited Chandlodiya (CLDY) railway station reservation counter, Ahmedabad, to book a railway ticket On 03rd October 2021. I paid of Rs. 530/- two times using my UPI: gatla.[protected]@okaxis to [protected]@sbi (1st transaction ID:[protected] and 2nd transaction ID:[protected]. Both are successful transactions. But the railway ticket clerk on duty Mr. Qureshi said that he didn't receive confirmation message and asked me to wait. I waited there for more than one hour but no use. Finally he took the amount in cash and gave the ticket. I request you to kindly look into the matter and refund my amount. I am attaching proofs with this mail.
