Indian Railways — scooty not received yet

Kindly advice on the attached slip. As the parcel was booked on 23rd july 2017 and loaded on train on 2nd of august 2017, but still haven't received at the location where it has to be reached.

The details are as below

Parcel type. Scooty vehicle motorcycle
Boarding station. Jharsuguda - jsg
Destination station. Udaipur city - udz

Kindly advice on the above.

Trying to find the same from last 3-4 days but there is no response from any of the regional parcel office.
Please help me out for this.
