Indian Railways — senior citizen allocated upper berth moreover one member has alloted seat in different coach

Please note that 7 members of my family are travelling on[protected] from katra to delhi.in this regard, due to limitation of system, i have first booked 6 tickets and then book 1 ticket. Both booking are done one after another.
However, it very shocking that 6 tickets got booked in b10 coach and one ticket got booked in b1 coach. Which is very painful for all of us as my aunt of age 60 year can't travel in different coach all alone which is around 10 coaches away. Would request you to change her coach to b10. All the relevant details have been provided below:

Further, my uncle (Ashok gupta) and my aunt (Jugnu bansal) aged 68 year have been allotted to upper birth. Since both are senior citizens would request you to change their birth to lower birth as they cant go to upper birth.
I hope my request will be solicited at earliest and favourable action would be taken in this regard.
