I have booked 20 nags of towels bedsheets & hotel utensils etc vide grno 032 382 dated :- 18.11.2017 from chandigarh to madgaon ( goa )at madgaon railway station parcel office deliver us 17 nags and they said that we will inform u when we recieved lost 3 parcel till date there is no information of our lost parcels so i complaint to you . Train 02552 huge mistake” banglore train number 02552 boarding from silchar didn’t cross lumding jn more than 20 passanger are waiting for the train at lumding Jn but the train took the other route. Without any sort of information passer are at great confusion
