Indian Railways — Smart Card issue | |||
This is the second time I am experiencing my smart card is not working. First time I visited the railway office. They provided me a new smart card. Now again I am facing the same issue. And after verifying my smart card by railway officer they informed this card is out of order, there is no way to revert me the money in my card. I just want to know it is quite natural a card may be damaged or anything else why there is no way to provide a new card with my previous balance. Was this information helpful? | |||
