Indian Railways — taken money without issuing us receipt for our consignment | |||
We have tried to send one consignment of mattress through railway from kanpur to hyderabad. Staff reached kanpur station (Govindpuri) with consignment. Staff there informed us to contact one mediator (Jagdish bajpai) there. He told us it will take approx 13500/- to book consignment. We handedover consignment and money to him. After 10-15 minutes he came with buily of 19000 something and asking for 7000/- in addtion which he said is for booking clerk. We informed him that this is very costly and we dont want to send the consignment. He said you have to pay 5000 for penalty for canceling consignment and also he refused to give us any receipt. Booking clerk told us no receipt will be issued and if you want go to allahabad. Was this information helpful? | |||

Shegaon Railway station, tikets counter is the tickets manager so no about information are not about unemployed Youth scheme so customer are mentally haryashment so plz suggest the tiket manegar about scheme information are made available

Why the Bolangir Bhubaneswar superfast express always late from its given time table? It's an one type of mentally harassment for waiting of the train such as for an hour like today? It reaches Bhubaneswar at 11pm, which actually time is 9.55pm. it makes problem to go home after 11pm. What are the dept. of railway doing for this regular problem?
