Indian Railways — tatkal reservation. | |||
I am so pisse of today just because of indian railway. As par tatkal reservation format i was taken token for tatkal reservation from nagpur to pune train no.12136. I woke up early in the morning and reached at nagpur railway station 7.30am and waiting for reservation token till 9 am. Supervisor given token and after that i waited for tatkal reservation counter open timing 11am but in that railway station and after that on ticket counter madam was there her name is vanita ghadge. As par railway timing so many passenger ask her about timing 11am done start the tatkal but she told check your watch timing and she started work on 11:08am as par nagpur railway station clock timing and also she was arrgu with me on payment i'm ready for pay by card but she denied i told her as par indian government i could pay payment by any mode but she shout on me. After that she derctly denind for tatkal or primium tatkal. So today i was not got tatkal reservation and just because of that madam i'm not able to join my duty on time. I request to consumer complaints forum take streek action against her and also please copy this massage to station master, indian rail mantralay, railway minster also and pm narendra modi.
