Dear Sir/Madam,
I had booked a ticket from DGR to HWH journey date 05 May 2015, but the train got late from more than 3 hours.I had filed the TDR on the same day at 04 May 2015 17:44:18 HRS.The status of TDR showing CR Registered.Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours
