Indian Railways — tdr filed but wrongly repudiated

I have booked a ticket vide pnr no [protected] travel date 12th march 2018 from renukoot to sambalpur. Train was late by more than 3 hours infact 8 hours hence i have to cancel my plan and i have not travelled. Accordingly i filed the tdr. My tdr was repudiated and i was told as reason that passenger has travelled. I can prove that i have not travelled. The tdr is wrongly repudiated.

Since i have not travelled on 12th march 2018 i booked another pnr [protected] for 13th march 2018 and my boarding station was renukoot. Train was late by more than 3 hours hence i have not travelled. Tdr was wrongly repudiated.

I cofirm that both the tdr has been wrongly repudiated. I confirm that i have not travelled because train was late by more than 3 hours
