Indian Railways — tdr filed | |||||
Dear sir, I filed a tdr for pnr [protected] (Mahananda express) dated 8th june 2018 with the reason "train late for more than 3 hours, passenger not travelled". Transaction id [protected] The scheduled time was of 6:35 am. But the train was late by more than 5 hours when it left dli railway station. I waited at the railway station for around 4 hours and then went back home and filed a tdr. I am sure i should get a refund since the train was late by more than 3 hours. The tdr filed is showing "cr repudiate". The train was late by more than 3 hours and i am sure i should get a refund of the booked amount of inr 1560. Kindly look into it asap. This is absolute harrasment. Firstly the train is late and now the tdr status shows refund will not be provided. I condemn indian railways for such poor service. After filing the tdr on 8th june 2018, i booked another ticket for 12th june 2018 for the same journey with pnr [protected]. I am sharing this detail as an assurance that i didn't travel on 8th june 2018. Please look into this asap and refund my ticket charges. Was this information helpful? | |||||
