Issue Description:

Booked for Bhopal to Amritsar on 31st Mar 2022 for travel dated 29th April 2022 at 6:05 AM
Amount Paid: INR 10, 500/- for 5 Adults and 1 Infant
Received message for train got cancelled on 23rd April 2022 at 3:16 PM (Refer attached)
Booked alternative trains as I had to travel to destination.
Received message for restoration of train that was cancelled earlier on 27th April 2022 at 1:44 PM (Refer attached) - i.e. before 40 hours of journey date of 29th April '22 6:00 AM.
Sent mail to etickets for filing TDR on Apr 27, 2022 at 4:27 PM - i.e. 37.5 hours before journey date of 29th April '22 6:00 AM
With multiple communications and requests, care and etickets team filled the Backdated TDR on May 6, 2022 at 5:09 AM with TDR date as 29th April '22 2:05 AM (4 hours before journey date)
Received TDR Refund of INR 5250 i.e. 50% on 23rd May '22
Since this is an inefficiency of Indian railways, I should get a full refund of INR 10, 500 instead of 50%.
