Indian Railways — Tdr refund deny

I had tdr file due to train was 7 hours reshulded. I had written mail to concern department. But he was rejected refund request. My file tdr pnr number is.[protected].
. I am also attached screen shot of tdr file. New tatkal ticket book pnr no.[protected] i have already attached train ticket for proof book train ticket in tatkal same day of tdr file same name of passenger. Kindly take neccessary action as soon as possible
