At satna when train start to departure from station, the chain snatchers is on opp side platform1 pulling gold jewery from passengers.

And they walk out quickly, thr was dark on other side. So thieves taking charge

Pull and chain snatching seen many times, it happening daily

Request to put more light between plat 1 and 2. Also keep rpf watch on opp side of platform,

I have a book e ticket of ahmedabad to mumbai central duranto express as on 5 th june 17 the date of journey is 7 th june 17 for one passenger the amount is debit from my account and the ticket is not issue me so i request you to refund my ticket amount in my bank account
