I have been calling the customer care executive but no one is giving me the concrete answer as to when the amount will be refunded. They are simply telling me to wait. It's more than a month. This is the PNR number of the ticket that has been cancelled by me- [protected]. The amount of Rs 1110 is not refunded back in my account. Transaction id is-[protected] and cancellation id is -[protected]. Please look into the matter asap.
