Indian Railways — train did not reach boarding point - refund needed

My pnr is [protected]. Train no 58012. Train was diverted, and never reached my boarding point (Prr). And this information was communicated to me just few hours before the journey - leaving no time for me to arrange for alternatives. I want my refund, because the railways has failed in the promise in taking me from point a (Prr) to point b (Hwh), which my ticket has entitled me to. This is a big scam to loot passengers in the name of train diversion.
