Indian Railways — train dynamic fare in duronto

I could see that the dynamic fare for Howrah Duronto- 12221 on 19.05.2018 is 823 when the no of seats available is 46, while the dynamic fare for the same train on 21.05.2018 is also Rs 823 but the seat availability is 237. I had the understanding that dynamic fare is dependent on the availability of seats. So please explain why there is no difference of fare when there is a difference is seat availability?
