Indian Railways — train no-12876 drinking water issue

Prime minister sir,

I am travelling from train no 12876 with compartmant no s6/s7/s8 with birth no.25/26/27/28/29 as there is no facilities of drinking water from last night 2:00 am. We all are seniour citizens and not geeting any service moreover the staff is too rude and use abuse languages instead of helping us. Request you to please take corrective action for the same immediately. Thanks.
