Indian Railways — train no 13008 date of arrival from starting point 3/11/2017 is extremely delay

Train was unexpected delay ; try to match the schedule otherwise name may be converted into local train instead of toofan express. So that other people/ passengers willnot suffer the delay by 8 hours. This is routine delay for the train.
