Indian Railways — Train no. 14220 Intercity gave reservation for AC chair car but AC coach was not there while boarding the train

I had reserved 2 seats inac chair car in train no.14220 on 14.06.2017 for intercity departing on 15.06.2017 from amethi to varanasi pnr no. [protected] but when i went to station for boarding, ac coach was not there and station master informed that it may have been removed. It was a horrific moment for me and my colleague who is physically disabled and had problem boarding the train and at that moment we just managed to board the general coach risking our lives. Why we had not been informed earlier about this change since the so called digital revolution, we didn't get any sms. This was pure harrassment to the customer.
