Hi Indian railways, Train no. 16595 panchaganga express is producing heavy screeching wheel sound when travelling to karwar from bangalore. Even when the train is not going through the curves. I am concerned about the safety of people has it passes through remote areas in Western ghats, please can you address what is the issue.
