Indian Railways — two wheeler parcel not delivered

I have booked motorcycle from jalandhar city station (Juc) on 28-mar-18 for kanpur central station (Cnb). The motorcycle was loaded on the same day in train no. 18310. When i reached to take the delivery on 31-mar-18, i was told that your parcel has not yet arrived. On 02-apr-18, i went to nr cell to raise a complaint, but the person sitting there took photo copy of the receipt and noted my mobile number and said when the parcel arrives we will call you. But as on date the motorcycle has not been delivered.

Request indian railways to look into the matter and deliver my motorcycle at cnb (Kanpur central) station at the earliest.
