I am unable to renew my e-wallet account. I have called the customer care center multiple times since 2nd-may 2018. My wallet renewal is due by 2nd june. Kindly provide a solution asap. I have opened this account on 2nd june 2017. Also i want to change the password for my e wallet, but unable to this also. Username: hota_id +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (11) Yes (22)

Now, you have option to renew IRCTC E-wallet under:

>Login IRCTC website.
>Navigate to IRCTC eWallet
>Scroll the options.
>You will find the option 'IRCTC eWallet Account Renewal'
>Click the option.
>The page navigates to 'eWallet Account Renew'
>Enter registered e-mail ID and login password.
>you will get the OTP on your registered mobile number with IRCTC.
>Enter the OTP and submit.
>Done, your account is renewed.

And in case you are still unable to renew the IRCTC wallet then try relogging and then try the same procedure as mentioned above ... That's the only way.
