Indian Railways — unauthorised charges at cycle stand

My name is abhishek and i would like to draw your attention that here at anand nagar jn. Cycle stand charges at his price. He doesn't charge as per price list of indian railways. Even if we are keeping our bike for 1 hour then also we have to pay the same. We are being suffered with it. Kindly mention this complain and get it resolved soon. We shall be thnkful to you.
