Dear indian railway,
I am travelling from danapur to pune, details as follow pnr:[protected], train:12150, doj:17-11-17, sl, dnr-pune. I am boarded to coach s-11 where there is no charging socket available. I have raise the issue with tt thrice where i got replies as "we cannot do anything" and "so what shall we do. If its not available then we cannot do anything".
If the tt present is not willing to take up the responsibility then to whom shall we escalate for such issues?
I hope this will be resolved soon.
