Indian Railways — unethical behaviour of the staff in indian railway | |
Dear sir On-board railway staff-tte behavior not good. Yesterday (25th jun-18) i was on journey with my family to delhi from kurukshetra in train no. 11902 in ac chair car. Train departure time from kurukshetra 14:50 hrs., whereas i board the train at 14:45 hrs., and find that ac not working, railway on-board staff-tte was in front of the train cc coach and we asked why ac not working in cc, he told "ye to aise hi rahega, agar abhi ac chalwaoge to delhi tak bhi aise hi le jayunga". This unprofessional behavior heart us very much. Me and my father told him that there is guidelines/recommendation from railway that ac will start in train before 30min. Of start of journey, then he reply "tumhare jaise 73 passenger daily le jata hun sabki sununga to ho gaya, jo karna ha kar lo" i told him why he was not replay in correct way, that railway staff told "jisko complaint dalni ho daal ho mera name-deepak gowsami hain" jo karna ha kar lo. He was wearing the id card but hidden in this shirt and only id card strap visible and "agra ncr" written on that strap. I am totally upset with the incident. We belongs to india, if such incident will happened to any foreign tourist, then what will be the image of our country he takes from here and spread in other country. This is also not confirming the tag line of railway "a passenger is the most important visitor on our premises". Requesting to concerned person/deptt. To look into the matter and take the appropriate action. I also raised the complaint on 138 helpline no. At 16:22 (And call time was 5m 17s) during the journey but nothing has been registered and i did not have any complaint no. Whereas mr. Anil kumar who attended the complaint on 138-helpline no. Told me that i will get the complaint on my mobile no. How can we improve the situation if person responsible for complaint not doing his duty and on the other hand on-board staff continue to misbehave and spoil the railway image due to their non-professional attitude.
