Hi,
I am using this application for booking pass/ tickets hardly it works .it have so many issues .
Today I charged by railway 260 RS fine I booked my pass in 25 Jun 2019 morning 9.30 pass is booked with date of tomorrow which should be of today .
Yesterday also my transaction failed for booking pass using this app
Also on 15 Jun 2019 my pass booking failure amount RS 130 not refunded yet.
Instead off railways app team should be apologized to me railway ticket staff took written aplogy from me for telling them this scenario, bug full app complains.
Also they are going to make charge sheet against me if I didn't gave written applogy for complaining for there app saying this as my miss behavior.
I was audio recording all the things which are happening against me they also took my phone and deleted the recording.
I paid the charges I didn't had money that's why I booked online pass .I called my friend for money and paid the charge.
This app has so many defect still they launch this app which Never works and future dates pass booking happening (there is no line pass will be from next day u also have to buy your tickets to travel today )also so many times booking fails, no booked tickets shows even on success.
Because of this UTS application failure of functionality, ordinary people like me have to pay the fine separately and also vesting people time and money .
Like after booking of pass also have to take ticket and if transaction failed no money refund happened for me yet in my bank account.
Consumer Court should help me regarding this and should ban this app till they fix the bugs before launching.
