Indian Railways — very bad customer service

Wrong information from ernakulam railway station parcels service they said to get the parcel from bangalore railway just give the receipt number i'd proof and phone number and take the parcel and if want i could even give a scaned copy of the receipt when i went to the parcel office they told me to get the original receipt from ernakulam and the office staff in bangalore are so lazy they don't hear or respect any customer they don't need the i'd proof or nothing if in case i lost my receipt and somebody gets the receipt do they give the parcel to anyone without any proof who ever go with the original receipt that's fine no matter if it's the wrong person very bad service the staff's are very rude

I have booked a poly packed bag from Ernakulam to Visakhapatnam on 20.08.2017 vide parcel ref no 248444. Bag was missed out somewhere in transit. Kindly do the needful.

I am pradeep kumar from kanpur.i have booked 2 seat at coach s7 17, 20 in train 12488 simanchal express from gzb to kanpur. train reserved coach was full and locked by unreserved passengers .And there was no grp police and t.t. to complain .Due to this reason I was left the train.i want to clarification about this .
Lost my laptop and valubles today in the morning in ac cabin no security. Cameras and TT was not helping my pnr is [protected] and my fello passenger who should get down after me left before me while i was sleeping so i have a doubt on in so please help..
