Indian Railways — waiting room am not allowed to enter even if my train would come within 30min

3rd, march, 2019.
1:30pm i have a valid train ticket in uts railway app. Chief ticket collector of bangalore cantonment he his unaware of the rules and uts app telling to move everyone out and collecting unofficial (Bribe) from all those were waiting in the waiting hall. I had a general ticket and i was waiting in the general waiting room. Please take action against this corrupted official.
