Indian Railways — Wallet recharge money debited but not credited in uts wallet

Hi all,
Recently I tried to recharge my uts wallet of phone no. [protected] via Paytm, the payment was successful but the wallet didn't recieve the credit amount, it shows in the its app as 'Recharge initiated'
UPI ref no.[protected]
My upi id :[protected]@paytm
I have attached screenshots for reference, please help me.
