Train time at darbhanga stn to 17:40, after ask to the inquiry counter i know train has no start and not a fix time for come on here. Tell me why u charged extra cost on this trains ticket's, when you not provide train on time. Why?, why?. Indian railways-very bad services, please close your counters, and wrote on a board.
