Indian Railways — why train 14711 is too much?

14711 is a bakwas train. It is an very much bad experience with me. Today i journey in this train with my family PNR No- [protected]. It is too late. Driver stop this train before all station. It is clear that indian never be become American. no roul. no any time Conscious. Very bad. Look at a photo of Indian train inside. no any discipline. it is look like a passenger train. The chief Executive of Railway must take an action against this. I am feeling very bad. Where are the human rights. The timing of this train at Bathinda is 9.52 PM but now tune is 22.50 mint & we are at Tapa Mandi.
