Indian Railways — Wrong computerized system of allotment of berths to senior citizens

We have booked two tickets for mumbai to delhi (Rajdhani express) on[protected] vide pnr no[protected], for journey date[protected].
We are senior citizens aged 66 years & we have allotted berths in different coaches, one is in a1 and another in a2 coach despite 120 berths were available vacant, at the time of booking.
New & costly computerised systems are introduced for the convenience for the passengers, specially to the senior citizens & not for giving trouble & inconvenience to passengers. There is urgent need for changing this system.
Please look into matter & take urgent steps to solve our problem.
