Dear Sir/Madam I booked my product Protouch Universal Remote Model UR501L on 3rd June order no. IN[protected] . http://www.indiaplaza.in website was saying that product will be shipped within 5 Days. When I not received this product in committed period I post a query on 14th July I received a reply that product will be shipped on 16th July. When there was no progress in shipping I again post a query on 20th July and received reply that product will be shipped on 22nd july. But website still saying that Product is ready to ship. I again log a complain 23rd July but no reply from Indiaplaza. On 26 the one more complain loged but still waiting for reply. I dialed his costumer care phone no.[protected] many times but no one picked the phone..

Does any one read these complaints and take appropriate action against the incorrect party? this compain was lodged around july, still no comments or action for this.
i strongly cos i am a victim too and samething happened with me. There is no redressal and there is nobody to check these fraud money launderers.

    I am a manhattan platinum card holder. i was trying to redeem my points on the Manhattan website when they directed me to indiaplaza.in for redemption. I was making a redemption for Sony walkman. After completion of all stages, the website showed an error saying there were insufficient points when infact i have points way beyond the required limit.

    However, the fraud is with respect to the fact that my account was debited for redemption when actually the redemption did not take place. There is also no contact number where i can contact indiaplaza. These guys are real fraudsters.

      I am a holder of Standard Chartered - Manhattan Platinum credit card. I wished to redeem some points from my credit card a/c & had placed order with Indiaplaza.in

      After posting so many queries at Manhattan Customer Support, still haven't recieved reply for even 1 query. I wanted to know the status for items pending to be shipped, but still haven't recieved any details for same. Tried calling directly to Indiaplaza at Customer Service Help Line on[protected], but seems nobody is picking up the phone too.

      I really wish I could have recieved atleast a reply from Indiaplaza or Standard Chartered pertining to the order been placed.
      My iPod(Order Number :IN[protected] ) delivery date was 17thoct2010 and today is 29th but hasn’t got any call or status. I am flying on 1stnov and will be out of town for 10days; GOD knows what will happen to my order. Customer care number obviously is not working, THEY JUST DON'T PICK THAT DAMN PHONE. Every time I raise a ticket or complain via internet, I get the same auto generated kind of response. I wasn't aware these guys are so shameless and absurd creature. They should either stop doing the job, if they can't handle. I wish if I can take some serious action against these guys.

        I have a very bad experience with Indiaplaza.in
        I had ordered (order no - IN[protected] ) flowers for my mother on Mother's Day. But these flowers were never delivered.
        I raised 3 cases with them but everytime they assure that my money will be refunded but they never do so. Also, they close each case without confimration. So, everytime I check for any updates for my case, I find it closed.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I am a Standard Chartered Manhattan Platinum Credit Card holder. I deeply regret to inform you that I have ordered a 8GB Transcend Pen Drive through Indiaplaza on 30th July but it was never delivered to me.

        I have booked the complaint twice. The ticket numbers are CNT[protected] and CNT[protected].

        Only as a response to the first ticket it was mentioned by Indiaplaza team that the product was out of stock and will be delivered by 11th Aug 2010.Thereafter no response is given as to the reason of the delay.

        Kindly send me the product or else allow me to order some other product of the same points or if nothing else can be done then please reverse the transaction so that I can order something else.

        An early response will be apprecciated.

          The status of my orders says "Shipped" but I have not received the consignment. they are very fraud and I want to make sure that you publish on internet to have other people suffer the same.

          they show Consignment No but when i am clicking on that since last 4 days no status update.

          when i m calling there customer care number they are not picking call. i hold the call almost 1 hour.

            IndiaPlaza is the most undependable online shipping portal. The days shown in "Delivery time" are never met. This is the second time i ve used their services, and they are consistent with the delay. The agents are stupid and there is no escalation channel. The portal is bringing a bad name to online shopping in india and worldwide.

              Hi, I had placed an order IN[protected] for 8 items on Indiaplaza on 25 April 2010. I received 7 out of the 8 items I had ordered. When i did not receive the pending item till 10 May 2010. I raised a complaint on their website and after regular follow up on mails or call center, I got a mail from Indiaplaza saying since the order was not in stock, this order would be cancelled and the money would be refunded. this response was on 18 May 2010. I did not receive the refund till 27 May 2010. Again I started calling the call centre, and they told me the money was refunded on my card on 20 May 2010 and asked me to check with my bank. I checked with my bank and the money was not received on my card. During this period my card from which I made the payment while placing the order was upgraded and the old card was cancelled on 15 May 2010 as per my bank.
              I have been calling and mailling Indiaplaza to know how could they have made a payment to a cancelled card? and they havent been giving me any satisfactory reply. I was asked to mail their finance department at '[protected]@indiaplaza.in' and assured of a response and refund. From 27 May 2010, I have been mailing to them but neither a response nor a refund has been given to me. i am enclosing the follow up mails i have been sending from my end. It is more than a month and i dont know when will i get my money back. pls help

                Had placed an order of Children laptop on 11th may, 2010 and the Order no is IN[protected]. Since then status is showing as "Ready to Ship" and i haven't received my product till now. I have raised 2 complaints (CNT[protected] and CNT[protected])sofar and none of them got answered. I have called so many time to their contact number[protected] and no one is picking up the phone. This is the worst experience i had in recent times.
                I bought a Royal Pearl Set through IndiaPlaza.In on[protected]. It was a rakhee gift which was needed to be delivered on[protected]. While doing the transaction, there was an option to specify whether the purchased item is a gift item or not. I specified that it was a gift item which was mandatory to be delivered on time. I also checked whether the pin code no. (712407) in which the product would be delivered is with in the delivery range or not. As the product was not delivered till 04th August, I called Customer Care Helpline No. (+[protected] and the representative told me that my product will be definitely delivered on or before 5th of August. I wrote an email to them regarding this and got the same reply.

                Today at 5 o'clock when I checked that the product was not still not delivered then I decided to call Customer Care No. again. Surprisingly, the concerned person told me that the expected delivery of that produdct is on 8th or 9th of August. They told that the product was shipped on 30th of July 2009. But I placed that order on 25th and the money was debited from my account on that day itself. They did not have any idea about why was it delayed.

                I feel very embarrassed as the gift did not reach to my sister and now I am not sure whether it will reach or not. I wonder whether I will do any further shopping from this site or not. It's a very frustrating momentfor me. There should be some kind of responsibility shown from such a huge online portal.

                Same thing has already happened with me. I had bought a ring as birthday gift to my wife. And guess what happened...2 weeks have passed after the birthday of my wife. I still have no idea whether my gift will reach to me or not. They told that they will send it by Blue Dart, and have given me a Waybill no., which doesn't exist at all in the Blue Dart website. I got it confirmed by calling the Blue dart helpline.
                They told me that the number isn't correct.

                I ordered Yepme Celia Teal Blue Floral Tunic from indiaplaza.in on 11th Feb 2013.
                The status of the order is "Ready to ship" since the day I ordered.
                I opened a ticket asking for an update on 17th Feb.
                I haven't received any communications from the website yet.
                The customer care phone number provided is also not working.
                I want to know whether indiaplaza intends to deliver my product or not? If not, how do I get my money back?

                  i had ordered a PSP at www.indiaplaza.in on 10.4.2010 which was confirmed after online credit card payment. the product is yet to reach me in spite of their having shipped it on 22.4.2010, 12 days after the order. during the initial delay i'd asked their customer care no[protected] to cancel the order but they kept doing delaying tactics.

                  Hi All,

                  I really not suggest doing any transaction with indiaplaza.in. They are really trying to cheat us. I have order a product [Kids Laptop] on 9th April to gift my nephew. But it already May 10th, the product is not yet delivered to me. I had my payment using CC and paid to bank too 

                  I called them more than 3 times to customer care. They simply apologized for this when ever i ask the product to ship.

                  It is one of the worst service by indiaplaza.in.

                  Actually i plan to file a case against them in consumer court.

                  these indiaplaza guys are really a bunch of crooks who have a pathetic 'custcare' service and i think they are just out to con anyone visiting their site. they've a bangalore contact no which is mostly unattended- if one is lucky to contact someone, only false assurances and moronic (? on purpose) answers are given. i had to ring them up daily, abuse them left, right & center to get my refund on the unshipped PSP. their site should be blacklisted and they should be sued for refunds- but how to go about it

                    Booked One mobile over net and the same is not delivered after 20 days(they are assuring a delivary within Seven Days). And no proper support from their customer care.

                    I booked Nokia N73 on 17.07.2009 order No. 41755 but after several reminders I received mail stating that item was not delevered and returned to us due to incomple/incorrect address. In the Previous order No. 41736 cost Rs.340/- I received the same address where as Nokia N73 order No. 41755 item was not delevered till 15.08.2009 which booked on 17.07.2009 informing me that the address is incomple/incorrect. How this will happen for costly item compare to small items. This type of is not to be done in online shopping orders. Finally I feel that this utter negligence and irresposiblity.

                    they are cheats same thing happened to be it is now over 45 days there is no response
                    All ecommerce through online are Number one cheaters Another example is Rediffshopping. Why would people go purchasing things readily available around us?. Moreover if any body purchase the same product locally not only get for better price but also can claim warranty if some thing happens.
                    Another drawback is Cyber related law is not very strong in our country.
                    What you can do is like what I did. I had posted exposing an article about in the discussion forum of rediff itself had real impact. actually the monitor did not allowed to post my artilce but the next day itself I got my money credited in my account.
                    Moreover these E-commerce online is a money laundering business. I mean they can roll the money for months and finally return it by excusing nonavailability of product.
                    I have ordered a Nikon Digital Camera (coolpix L100) worth Rs. 10159/- and the payment was done through credit card. The amount was withdrawn from account on 9th September 2010 and till now (i.e. 29th October 2010) I did not get the product. Each time I post a query at the customer care section of the site, they will reply some 10 days time, but again and again the date was seen postponed. Now it is almost two months past, and the firm with high reputation is behaving irresponsibly. Where can I put my complaint? Is it coming under the cyber cell? Will I get the money refunded? I am almost gave up the hope of getting the camera. Please advice me a way to get my money back.

                      I have been cheated by Indiaplaza.in My case is as follows: On 31 March 2010, I purchased 3 products from Indiaplaza - one of which was a game set - Monopoly (electronic billing) which they were offering for a price of Rs 590. I paid online through my credit card. On 2nd April 2010, I received a gift wrapped product. After taking delivery, I opened the product to realise they had wrongly sent me Monopoly (original set) which was priced at Rs 399 and in order to deceive me, they had wrapped it up so that I could not refuse delivery of the set. On that day itself I made a complaint to their customer care and also lodged an online complaint (Ticket No. CNT[protected]). After several phone calls, I have now been told today (April 9,2010) that I have to courier them back the product to Bangalore.

                      I strongly recommend people tp avoid shopping with IndiaPlaza.com as its been the worst online shop i have experienced.My order no. is IN[protected] and my order was for a book, "Concepts of starategic management & Business Policy by Thomas Wheelen" and the ordering was done on 19.08.2011 and the delivery happened on 24.08.2011 through INexpress courier.Mode of payment was cash on delivery and the courier guy didnt allow me to open the parcel before payment.To my shock an irrelevant book on Creative writing was dispacthed.I filed a complaint and ticket was raised by India Plaza customer crae guy, Sangam on the very same day.He comitted for a redispatch of correct consignment and only the courier charges need to be beared.For the next 4 days after my follow-ups with their team, every time a false statement is given by every person.finally today a lady responded instructing me to return the book for a re-dispatch of correct book.
                      Now this is not fair, after patiently waiting for so many days i lost my temper and blasted her.I oredered the same book through book through Flipkart and i got the book in 3 days.Its better India Plaza refunds me the money, else i am thiinking of filing a complaint with the police or consumer court.

                        Indiaplaza send me a consignment D01047463 on 02-02-09, until yesterday there was no information from you. Finally I checked the contact number through online and call the Calicut Franchese. They told me that consignment already return back. You got a branch in Vadakara, which I gave the address. From Calicut they never call me for any information. Can you check and confirm for the unaccaptable service of your Calicut Franchese.

                          I have placed an order of a sansui color television close to one month back. Because of delay in delivery and negotiations with the indiaplaza staff they promised to refund my money back within 5 days. Its close to one month they have not refunded my money and on calling them keep on promising refunding the money again and again. Its really a pity that they are playing with our money and not reimbursement. I would recommend others not to use indiaplaza (worst service and not trustworthy at all).                             I placed an order for a cricket cap on 03.03.2010 with India plaza online and sent a bank D.D. for INR 237.00 on 04.03.2010 by Regd. A.D. The order is for some Mercado Online, which very well may be Indiaplaza's own subsidiary etc. and the payment also went in their name.Mercado Online DO NOT have any contact numbers except one[protected] which also seems to be that of India Plaza.I have been trying to call that number but no one picks. Each time I write to them, they revert with a SMS saying they have replied and I may check My Account on the site.And My Account says nothing except " ready to ship " for the last over 7 days while earlier the status was " pending for authorisation" ! No where and never have they mentioned any time limit for delivery and they DO NOT specifically reply to a customer's complaint. I have told them to cancel my order and return my money,but they are silent.

                            Such Companies MUST be barred from doing Online business.They or thier vendor etc. have got my money and not even bothering to let me have a specific reply or update.They are sure a fraud who use people's money for their own benefits.Where is money ? Who has got it anyway ? Why this India plaza have allowed Mercado to be on their site while they have no contact details at all ? Who is responsible for the amount of mental harassment I have undergone and still suffering from the same ?

                            Why should their trading license not be cancelled and they barred from trading on internet ? They have got my money and using it.

                            I ordered for a Nokia Phone (Car) charger on cash on delivery basis. I got it after 10 days. Upon payment of Rs.153/- I got the pack from first flight courier and I was shocked to see the content thereon. I got a decade old and obsolete phone charger of cheap chinese make(with a thick pin end). None of the Nokia phones uses that sort of a charger and I felt utterly disappointed in having booked it online now. I have sent a mail to [protected]@indiatimes.co.in.                             Sir I ordered beneton watch on 30/3/2010. To day is 14/4/2010.But it is not deliverd to me.

But till date there has been no response to my queries excepting for sms acknowledgment which I have got thrice but not the product. Being a commercial organisation, its strange that they have only one phone number[protected] for all purposes. I wonder if it is being run from a hut ? Will any consumer organisation take note of this and do the needful ?

                              Hi,

                              I am Niket, an also one of the victim of "www.indiaplaza.in" like thousands other.
                              I have ordered (order #[protected] "Logitech R20 Speakers 2.1" dated on 9/12/2009 from www.indiaplaza.in online shopping web site.

                              On order placement I received delivery date as 16/12/2009 but they missed order delivery so I raised a complaint (Tkt # CNT[protected]) to which they responded with a week of delay because of stock issue.

                              I waited till 23/12/2009 but still I didn't received ordered speakers, logged other complain (Tkt # CNT[protected]) on 25/12/2009 to which they responded on 28/12/2009 saying "apologize for the delay in shipping the order. We are checking the status of the shipment with our suppliers... keep you updated with the shipment details in 3 - 4 working days."

                              Still today as on 02/01/2010 it has a status as "Will be shipped by 23 Dec 2009" but still I am waiting for speakers and have logged one more complaint (Tkt # CNT[protected]) don't have any hope but just for sake of satisfaction.

                              I am very sure this has been story with many more (checkout review for indiaplaza.in on any site, www.mouthshut.com/www.epinions.com), I request to provide me some channel to reach out correct department of India and definitely would like to block this site and sue the owner of the site with appropriate penalty.

                              I DON"T KNOW WHY INDIAN GOV NOT TAKING ANY LEGAL ACTION WITH SUCH SHOPPING SITE. INDIAN CONSUMER HAS JUST STARTED USE ON ONLINE SHOPPING, BUT SUCH SITES ARE THREAT TO CONSUMER CONFIDENCE ON ONLINE SHOPPING.

                                1. Axe deo’s (pack of 3) + St. Ives Body wash: I placed the order on Oct 19.
                                2. Delays in shipment ackowlededged in ticket no:
                                a. Promised shipment on Oct 26 (Ticket no.s for reference: CNT[protected], CNT[protected]
                                b. Postponed shipment to Oct 30
                                c. Postponed shipment to 4th November but till date its not been shipped out.
                                d. Finally, shipment was declared sent on November 13
                                3. I received only one Axe deodorant and the balance 2 deo’s and St. Ives body wash was MISSING CNT[protected], CNT[protected]
                                Aramex courier #[protected]. All your records pointed that the entire shipment of over 1.25Kg was sent whereas the courier weight registered was 0.3 Kg - PROOF
                                4. The missing shipment of 2 axe deo’s + St. ives body wash was acknowledged and another shipment Armex # AWB [protected] with the balance was promised to be sent
                                5. I received the courier and I have not opened and I can by touching understand that one deodorant was only sent and not the balance.
                                I HAVE NOT OPENED THE SECOND COURIER AS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE 2 AXE DEO’s + BODY WASH which is atleast 1 Kg in weight.

                                On December 28, 2007, I ordered a few wine bottles from www.Indiaplaza.in for the new years eve party. They promised to deliver within 2 days and my credit card was charged the full amount on the same date.

                                However, its been a month now and this merchant has still not delivered my order. They are not even answering their customer service phone or properly responding to my e-mails. My sad experience with Indiaplaza.in should serve as a caveat emptor for others. Buyers beware of this company.

I received one product but regarding the other product i.e a samsung hypervision DVD player (Rs.5800) they told me they that as it was out of stock, they would supply me with an alternate DVD player which was agreeable to me.                                 This is often the problem with Indiaplaza. I have faced it several times in spite of being a PLATINUM member. They will often not ship the products and we have to make std calls and hang up for several minutes and even then no action is taken. They normally react after 2-3 telephonic complaints. So add atleast Rs 50 to all your order values for making complaints.

                                I have placed two orders at www.indiaplaza.in[protected] and[protected]. One order is 25 days old and another is 11 days old on today (30th Sep. 2008). These claims to deliver the orders in 7 days but fail to do so. When I checked with them they gave a lame excuse to non availabilty of products in stock.

                                I have written to company's co-founder as well but all in vain. He also seems to be a deaf and ignorant abt such things. I spoken to 5-6 persons from www.indiaplaza.in everyone gave me a different story and asked for a couple of days time to ensure the delivery of my placed orders.

                                They are shamelessly talking about Faith, Responsibility and Customer Service and on contrary raping these parameters of the service industry.

                                Hi,

                                I had ordered for a book on 25th October( Order Number :[protected] .The shipping time they had mentioned in the website was( now also) is 3 days.

                                After 10 days I created a complaint through their website( on 3rd november , complaint number CNT[protected]) and got a reply as the book is out of stock and will be delivered within 3-4 days.

                                Even after 19 days I haven't received my order. I created a complaint again(CNT[protected]) for which I got a reply which is just a "COPY PASTE" of my previous complaint's reply!!!

                                I contacted the customer care. The lady who picked the call was not all interested in the complaint and not even listening to me. She said it may take some time to deliver the product and they are not sure about that.

                                If I am not receiving my product in another 2 days I will be going to legally fight with them.As an excuse many times they cancel the order and give the money back. Here I don't want the money back but I want the book that I have ordered for.

                                I ordered a set of DVD's from www.indiaplaza.in using a gift voucher from HSBC and remaining amount from my credit card. After 3 days when I checked the status of my order on their website, it said the order has been cancelled. On enquiry (Ticket no. CNT[protected]) they said the order was cancelled due to stock issue and the refund will be processed in 2 days. This has already rendered my gift voucher useless.
                                I have waited for 2 weeks and generated another complaint on their site (CNT[protected] ) to which they have not replied till date neither I have received any refund.

                                Looking at the reviews of this site and my experience I suggest everyone to avoid it and request concerned authorites to take action.

                                I had called up the Indiaplaza team on 17/12/2009 to check whether Nokia 6260 Slide was available. They assured me that it was available and I could go ahead and place the order, which was due to be delivered on 25/12/2009. Till 27/12, it wasn't. I asked them to cancel the order as I could not wait, and they took 4 days to just cancel the order.

                                After cancelling the order on 31/12/2009 (even that after making 10-15 phone calls to them), they are yet to give my money back to me. An agent always assures me that my refund will be credited in a day's time but that day gets prolonged by a day everytime I call them up. No one ever transfers the line to a manager even though I have asked them a hundred times to do so. The bloody executives are hopeless. Indiaplaza is just playing with my money and I am in a fix. Please help.

                                On 19th april2010, i had placed an order of Samsung ES10 digital camera of Rs. 4098 ( order no : [protected]) with www.indiaplaza.in( my user name: ups1990)
                                & from that day itself my order status is showing Ready to ship, but was never shipped.

                                After few days the status shown on indiaplaza account was payment not accepted from my bank, so they showed me 2 options i.e either to cancel the order or make payment once again, so i opted for cancellation of order.

                                so my order was successfully cancelled, and then i tried to contact them for refund through their tickets system, wherein you have to write complaints and they would respond within 2 days, so after writing tickets to them, i was given assurance from their side that i would receive my refund within 2-3 days, but it has been already more than a week, but i have still not received refund from their side.

                                Upon that they have deleted my tickets due to which i can't show you evidence but i have my credit card statement. second thing which is hurting me is that when my transaction was cancelled by me & all of sudden now my status is showing ready to ship.

                                so all i want is refund, so sir please look into this matter as soon as possible.

                                this is exactly the kind of scam that Indiaplaza is running. First they don't ship the item. No communication whatsoever. Then if you demand, they partially ship or say that it is shipped but could not be delivered. If you press them more, they finally cancel the item saying out-of-stock.

                                Why do they sell items that are out-of-stock? Is it legal to do so? Keep some one's hard earned money for as long as he demands for the item!

                                I had placed an order for rakhi on 10th August at www.indiaplaza.in to be delivered to my brother. They had promised that rakhi would be delivered before the day of the rakhi otherwise i can get a full refund. But till now (7th Sept) rakhi has not been delivered to him. I filed a ticket on their website about this on 30th Aug. they had said that they will get back to me by 31st Aug, Till today no one has responded to my complaint despite a reminder. There is no phone number listed on their website where we can call them to find out what happened to my order. There is no email address where we can contact the company.

                                This according to me is cheating and stealing in the open.

                                It seems IndiaPlaza is delaying all shipments this month for no reason. Atleast they can put the right date - such as "Will be shipped by October 15,2012" rather than put in the wrong date - "Will be shipped by September 1,2010".

                                I placed an order for DVD Player Sr 650 on 16th Sept via order no. IN[protected]. Delivery was suppose to be done with in 15 days. I called Indiaplaza on 1st Oct to enquire about the status. They said the order will be delivered on 4th Oct. I said fine. Again called on 4th Oct as the order was not deliverd.                                 Hi,

                                I placed a Micromax phone - order number IN[protected] for 4,740/- on 11-Jan. When this didn't get delivered for the next 3 weeks, I canceled the order. I personally refused delivery on their advice, as it was way beyond our anniversary (BTW, it was a gift for my wife), and I have purchased the same phone from flipkart who delivered the phone in 3-4 days.

                                Since then, I've sent them 6 emails, lobbed 6 calls but no result. I think their CRM is worst that I've witnessed. They now have an online complaint section, they don't respond to emails. So you cannot track your complaint, there is no reference number given for your verbal discussion, so you are clueless.

                                They have gone to the extent of recording a fraudulent proof of delivery signed by "Patel" - Consignment No:[protected]. When I wanted a copy of this, as I wanted to make a police complaint, they promptly said that they will refund the money in 4-5 days. When I called back after 10 days today, they said there was no reference to my earlier communication. Today, there was one Catherine with whom I spoke to, and she said she would call back within a stipulated time, which of course didn't happen.

                                Should I approach the Police with a fraud complaint, or will you kindly advise me with the next steps? I think there would be lot of duped customers of indiaplaza.in that are there. So, a step towards the right direction would definitely bring these crooks to justice.

                                    Hi All,

                                    I have placed the order for Blackberry Storm on 15-Sep-2009 which was supposed to be shipped by 22-Sep-2009. But after lots of follow ups, I got a response from India plaza team stating the order will be shipped by 25-Sep-2009. Again the next day, I was notified the shippment wont happen till 28-Sep-2009 due to non- availability f goods with the merchant. Even after 28th, there is no update from India plaza on the shippment.

                                    They are also not reachable on their customer care number. For whole day, I am being told the lines are busy.

                                    Finally, I have now raised a ticket with them to cancel the order and refund the money back within 4 working days failing which I have decided to drag them to consumer court claiming for the time wasted in follow ups, mental harrasment and failing to abide by the promise they made to me as a vendor.

                                    This is not the first time i am experienceing the problem with Indiaplaza. I can say , the worst possible online venodr is infact Indiaplaza. The customer support does not even meet the basic level of service. They need to be beaten up each and every time I have placed the order.

                                    I have finally run out of patience and have decided to sue them if the issue is not resolved on time.

                                      After cancelling order they start changing date of refund. Now they sent me shippment information of order which was cancelled & cancellation accepted by Indiaplaza.

                                        Sir/Madam,

                                        I had purchased one BlackBerry 8310 Curve, Mobile handset from this site, for an amount of Rs.16, 999/- + the shipping charges. Right from day1, this handset has been giving problems which, were subsequently communicated to India Plaza customer care. The mobile set used to reset at least 10 times a day and used to take about 15 minutes to reboot. And at times, I was unaware of such a happening and was informed by other people that my cell was off! Not expected from a Brand New Cellphone from a company of the repute of BlackBerry. However, the customer care got the handset picked up from my address for replacement committed within 2 days. What ensued thereafter is nightmarish to say the least! No one had any clue of what the problem was or when was the replacement expected. These promised "2 days" was verbally/electronically communicated at least 30 times to me. To my astonishment, after about 30 days (of sending the phone back), I was informed that the battery was defective and would be replaced. Imagine a replacement of a mere battery took more than a month.

                                        This just doesn't stop here, I finally got the handset back yesterday..with the same battery (no replacements) and even more problems. Now the handset gets hung without any reason whatsoever. The QWERTY keys have gone all wonky..you type "y" it shows "z" and vice versa.

                                        I had speacifically communicated to the customer care that I had not purchased this handset to play games or listen to music. I am the Chief Operating Officer of a Telecom Giant and am generally on tour. Hence, the choice for a phone like BlackBerry!

                                        I have no alternative but to seek your help and advise, as I feel extremely disgusted at this high handed attitude of the seller. All I expect is that my money should be refunded and this handset be taken back by them.
